Process flow
Wire cutting → Sheath Stripping → Shield Twisting → Sleeve Crimping → Tin soldering → End Pressing → Set Plastic Shell → Electrical Test → Internal Mold Forming → Outer Mold Forming → Visual Inspection → Electrical Test → Thread end of network → Sheath tripping → Shield twisting → Tin soldering → Chips welding → Glue dispensing → Assembly → Final test → Package.
Package and Delivery
Packaging: 1.Wire winding:Round winding by 100M,Wrap with 120MM Green Broad-brimmed white tie.
2.Wrap with transparent PE plastic bag,each bag with 1 piece.
Delivery time: 1.48 hours for sample order,3-7 days for bulk order.

Warranty
1.Reusable spo2 sensors are carried 12 months warranty to repair for free due to the quality problems since ex-factory.
2.ECG cable and lead wires,EKG cable and lead wires,Spo2 adapter cable,Temperature probe,IBP cable and Transducer,are carried 6 months to repair for free since ex-factory.
3.NIBP Cuffs are carried 3 months warranty.
